About

Hi! I’m Tom.

This blog began in 2015 to document my gap year with Project Trust. Nowadays I use it to write about my life and travels. I grew up in the UK, volunteered for Project Trust, and read Classics at the University of Edinburgh.

I now work for Project Trust while (slowly) completing a Master’s by Research in Queer Greek Lyric Poetry.Alongside that I work as a private tutor and hold a few zero-hours roles at the University.

I decided to share an advent calendar of poems I like – please enjoy and feel free to share any thoughts or responses you have to the poems!

This blog is personal, and so are all the opinions on it. Posts don’t necessarily represent what I think today – I do edit, but try to retain the sense of the original.
